Evolução dos Indicadores de desempenho do Previne Brasil na 20ª Regional de Saúde do Paraná: estudo ecológico descritivo: Objective: analyze the achievement of the performance indicator targets of the Previne Brasil Program within the 20th Health Region of the state of Paraná. Method: An observational, descriptive study with a quantitative approach was conducted using secondary data from the 2022 and 2023 in the 20th Regional Health Department of Paraná, available in the Primary Health Care Information System. Descriptive statistics were used in absolute values and proportions. Results: The improvement in the performance indicator rates in the municipalities of the 20th Regional Health Department was evident in 2023 compared to 2022, particularly in strategies related to chronic diseases. Despite the improvement in the indicators, while most municipalities met the Ministry of Health’s targets for prenatal care, few achieved the targets for other strategic actions, especially those related to chronic diseases. Conclusion: Although Previne Brasil was discontinued, its performance indicators revealed weaknesses in strategic areas of Primary Care. Thus, monitoring indicators in the 20th Health Region made it possible to evaluate the care provided and identify areas that require attention to improve local health.
