Estudo de velocidade de partículas associadas com flares solares

Neste trabalho, apresentamos um estudo referente aos fenômenos associados com as manchas e as erupções solares ("flares") que ocorrem na atmosfera do Sol. Resultados experimentais são obtidos com os instrumentos a bordo do satélite SOHO. Com os dados do Monitor de Prótons do instrumento CELIAS fazemos uma análise das partículas carregadas emitidas pelo Sol, os quais permitem a obtenção das velocidades de propagação das partículas aceleradas nos "flares". A utilização de medidas cinemáticas das velocidades oriundas das imagens das erupções observada pelo instrumento LASCO, permitiram a comparação destas com as do Monitor de Prótons. Em seis eventos observados pelo LASCO, as velocidades mostraram grande dispersão, em contraste com o observado pelo Monitor de Prótons. Tal fato indica que os "flares" ocorrem de forma isolada, não contribuindo de uma forma efetiva para a produção global das partículas detectadas pelo Monitor de Prótons.Downloads
