Abstract

This review focuses on the first chapter of the book written by Mario Testa where he addresses strategic thinking that guides organizational behaviors aimed at handling situations in which it is necessary to overcome obstacles that oppose the achievement of an objective. This way of getting around the situation to achieve a given goal and establish favorable conditions for one's own performance. Or even as a maneuver to obtain greater freedom of action. Strategic thinking must guide not only the planning of health policies but the organizational actions of actors politically oriented towards transformation.
