Flora of Bahia: Malpighiaceae – Banisteriopsis, Bronwenia, and Diplopterys

The floristic inventory of the genera Banisteriopsis, Bronwenia, and Diplopterys (Malpighiaceae) in the State of Bahia, Brazil is presented. Seventeen species of Banisteriopsis, one of Bronwenia, and ten of Diplopterys were recognized. Keys for identification, descriptions and commentaries on genera and species, as well as illustrations and distribution maps of species in the State are provided.
