NOTAS SOBRE A FENOMENOLOGIA NO PENSAMENTO DO JOVEM FOUCAULT

In light of the recent publishing of manuscripts by Michel Foucault, dated form the 1950s, we explore the openings and possibilities provided by these texts for a revaluation both of the initial decade of Foucault’s works as well as of the so-called archaeological period, corresponding to his writings from the 1960s. We will take as the guiding thread of our analysis the complexification of Foucault’s relation to phenomenology provoked by the apparition of Phénoménologie et psychologie and Binswanger et l’analyse existentielle. Without ignoring previous interpretations that anticipated – against the flow of the hegemonic reading – the phenomenological charge present in Foucault’s archaeology, we will seek to ballast this reception in the manuscripts from the 1950s and, utilizing recent commentaries published from these new works, point towards possible paths and impacts that they may cause.
