This paper presents six species of Neckeraceae that occur within ombrophyllous forest fragments of the Ecological Reserve. During the bryofloristic studies in the area, Neckeraceae showed an expressive species composition given that, until now, only two species were reported for Bahia: Neckeropsis disticha (Hedw.) Kindb. and Neckeropsis undulata (Hedw.) Reichardt. In this paper, the following species are being added: Homaliodendron piniforme (Brid.) Enroth, Isodrepanium lentulum (Wilson) E. Britton, and Porotrichum substriatum (Hampe) Mitt. Key for identifying the species, as well as morphological descriptions, geographical distribution and illustrations are presented.
