Abstract

This research aims to develop a reflectivereading of two mini-stories written by Ana Elisa Ribeiro, namely: “felizinhas” and “os nome, não”, both inserted in thebook kiss, good luck (2015). The central theme of thenarratives is violence against women in its various faces, particularly femicide. To theoretically discuss these issues, ourstudy combines the theoretical concepts proposed by HeleiethSaffioti (2015), Gerda Lerner (2019) and Ana Maria Colling(2014). Finally, the main objective was based on theconstruction of a political, sociocultural, ethical and aestheticreading of the mini-stories, seeking to raise questions aboutthe social paradigms imposed by the culture of patriarchy
