Recursos Educacionais Abertos e o processo de ensino-aprendizagem de línguas no ensino médio: possibilidades de formação ética diante dos direitos autoriais

Abstract

The discussions that permeate this academic paper are related to the possibilities of ethical training that can be implemented through the creation and/or appropriation of Open Educational Resources aimed at language teaching practices in secondary education. From this, the objective is to point out, from a reflective perspective, some principles that permeate the OER movement and that can help in the construction of ethical training regarding copyright in the training stage in question. To contemplate such reflections, the work has, as a methodological path, a theoretical-critical deepening based on bibliographical research, which, through readings of different contributions, will enable a path of discussion about the implications involving the OER movement, its possibilities in the language learning journey and, finally, some possibilities for ethical training that such resources can provide to their creators/consumers. As this is research that specifically highlights resources aimed at language teaching and learning practices, it is highlighted that ethical training contributes not only to the understanding of the particularities that involve an OER authoring process, but also to the qualification of materials that circulate on collaborative internet networks and that are explored for educational purposes.
